Throughout the duration of Alex living with the woman and her brother, the brother has been making disgusting advances towards Alex nearly every single day. Not only is he insanely inappropriate (Alex is taken, on top of all of that), but he ALSO refuses to accept Alex as a man.  He literally says sexual things to Alex, tries to touch them constantly, etc… It’s disgusting.

There are many issues in this household even with the woman roommate as a buffer. She does NOTHING to help Alex, (INCLUDING THE FACT THAT ALEX HAS DIABETES AND NEEDS TO BE ON A SPECIAL DIET TO HELP HIM GET HIS HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY AND HELP HIS OTHER HEALTH CONDITIONS - WHICH IN ITSELF IS PRICEY AS ALL HELL TOO, BUT ALEX’S “FRIEND” ie; woman roommate, doesn’t care at ALL) - and now, the girl roommate has decided to suddenly move out with not much notice at all.

She will be moving in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS - leaving Alex alone with the woman’s brother who constantly sexually harasses Alex.

I am scared for the safety of Alex. The woman roommate already did nothing to help when the brother hit on/was inappropriate towards Alex while she was living with them, but now that she is moving out - I am even more scared for the safety of Alex. Alex is quite soft-spoken, and I don’t want that man to take advantage of Alex. Which I have no doubt he will do. .. NOT TO MENTION: THE BROTHER IS 45 YEARS OLD and Alex is in his early TWENTIES!

Alex needs help in any way he can get… I have offered him to come stay with me for a bit just to be able to get situated, get a handle on his mental health, and spend his time here looking for a job. Who knows - maybe one day he will be able to move out of Tulsa - seeing as he hates it.

I genuinely want to help Alex, so much. Unfortunately, I am in just as bad of a financial situation as he is right now…

I set the price at $1000 (I am NOT expecting anything close to that, I just set it that high because it was pre-set like that. I’d say 800$ is more accurate, but any money is appreciated because Alex needs money for a plane ticket, bags to bring out of the city, and also needs money to bring his dog, Momo, with him (which is EXPENSIVE), if possible. If Alex is comfortable with it, my mother and I would gladly let him stay with us for a while so he can feel safe and looks for jobs without the threat of sexual harassment from a man twice their age.

Maybe one day if he feels comfortable here in Wilmington, maybe he will end up not going back to Tulsa - but if he does - I pray he will have enough money to not stay with a person who is over 40 years old who is hitting on an early-twenties trans man who also refuses to accept that Alex is a man.

I’ll be trying to save up money myself, but I will need ANYONE’s help who is able to give it. Also - if Alex DOES bring the dog (which is like, an extra $150 on the plane ticket that’ll already be almost $400 in itself…

ALSO: we need ideas of where to let Momo stay. I own two cats who will NOT get along with the dog, and neither Alex nor I have really any friends who can do it - and dog boarding Vet places are exceedingly pricey too….  so if you have ANY cheap ideas about helping out with the dog, please message me on my persona Facebook (/benzojpg) or email me at dammcaitlin @ gmail.com
